You do NOT need to answer all questions. However, answering as many as possible will ensure that GD Design Studio creates your proposal and/or design according to your specifications.

* What is the nature of your business?

Please describe your products/services.

Why do you want to have a new website, or have your current site redesigned?

Describe your potential customers.

What problems do your prospects have that your business solves?

How do you plan to encourage repeat visitors and referrals; how do you plan on keeping your website content fresh?

What is it about you and your background/experience that sets you apart for a special (niche) group of potential customers? Why should they choose you over the competition?

Are you planning to do online sales? If so, how many items do you want to sell online?

Other than what search engines will produce, what methods do you have in mind to spread the word about your website?

* Where is the website content coming from? Are you interested in a copywriting service?

Please list colors/color schemes you like AND dislike.

* What look are you trying to achieve?

(i.e. high-tech, simple, warm, flashy, etc.)

* Please list at least 3 URLs (web addresses) of websites that you like. Why do they attract you?

Note: They do not need to be sites belonging to businesses that are similar to yours. GD Design Studio will simply use these URLs as design references. Consider layout, colors, navigation, graphics, and fonts.

* Are you interested in Content Management System Integration?

CMS gives you 24/7 access to maintain your own website content in real time. Remove, add, or change images and content instantly from any computer with an internet connection through a user-friendly custom Administrator page.

* Would you like GD Design Studio to set up your hosting account? If not, please provide your current hosting company, login name and password so we can upload your new website.

* List the MAIN Navigation links for your Site (i.e., Home, About Us, Services, Contact Us, etc.).

If possible, also include sub-navigation links. This question is ONLY for listing links, NOT page content.

* Can you specify how much, if any, animation/Flash you would like included in your site?
